I don ´t understand some people. She can play guitar, piano, drums (ok she ist not the best, but she ist not bad) sing, write and maybe act. How can you say she has no talent. That is so stupid.

—————this was the US contract, the Swedish one will be similar and probably stricter, and obv include the part about going under US, not Swedish law.

Basically she wants only a handful of pictures taken during the first 2 songs, for her to own copyright, to get a copy of every single photo taken, sent to her within 7 days, for her to be informed beforehand exactly where the photos will be printed/shown and for her to agree to it first.
No flash may be used, no sound may be recorded. You can't get in her way. If someone with you (the photographer) does something wrong you will take the blame for it, ETC ETC.
She should think herself lucky that anyone wants to take her picture!
She sure could use the publicity so why is she being so stingy and rude!!?!!
