She wasn't brought up on stage but they showed her backstage on the giant video screen with Keith on stage. The song before he did that was "Better Half" and right after he flashed her on the video screen backstage sitting in a chair and she did look frail at that point (and like she wasn't aware she was being shown). Then they did a close up of Keith and you can just see the happiness in his face, could've made one cry! After the song he made the whole announcement then we sang and they showed her suprised, blushing and mouthing thank you at the end. With her standing up she def looks super preg now but looked fine. I have a better video of the entire birthday announcement, song, etc! I heart him! I was there!
