Mr. Gore had a chance to SAVE this country from the neo-fascism that is slowly encroaching upon us by doing one simple thing and that is running for the Democratic presidential nomination in the current election. He would have won the presidency. That is CERTAIN. If Mr. Gore TRULY had the best interest(s) of his country at heart, he would have done just that and assured all patriotic, concerned Americans of a Democratic, intelligent, competent, environmentally concerned president in the next term. But, for whatever reason, he declined to put the best interests of this country as a priority. I agree with his message of environmentalism and his (assumed) political beliefs in the constitution but I think that he forfeited the best interests of our country by wimping out on a run for the presidency this term. Al Gore: you had the opportunity to save us all and you declined. COWARD!!!!!! Yes, Al Gore IS a hypocrite!
