Perez, did you ever stop to think that maybe they don't want to raise their kids in LA-LA land around all of that materialistic, celebrity driven crap!? Or maybe they have other reasons for being in NYC, where they've certainly been before (Tea was born and raised there)? Or that they could make a pile on their Malibu home and "downsize" to New York? Neither of them have a series right now which in my mind would be the only reason to live in LA at all: that kind of regular paycheck. For movie acting you can live virtually anywhere you want and then go on location. I'm just relieved they're still married as I thought I was going to read about another Hollyweird divorce.

Another X Files movie, please. Duchovny does unspoken conspiracy well, as did Scully and the other actors. The writiers should have plenty of new material to work with in this political climate, plus new UFO sightings worldwide daily. Howzaboutit?

Hey, a parent does what they think is best. New York is a close knit and hopping place, with plenty to stimulate a young brain. If you prefer L.A., then you send your kids to school in L.A. It's just personal preference, and a lot of choices are based on what the parent has experienced. Someone who loves L.A. will raise their kids there. For others, its a place to work.

Perez, you left out the part about their neighbor Sean Penn's house burning to the ground in one of the last big wildfires. I'd move, too. And Blunt, you're right, no income tax in Texas, but the PROPERTY taxes will ream you righteously.

Everything is better is NY. There are less people trying to hound celebrities for that million dollar shot. I love my NY!!! And it doesn't make you a snob to want to come back to a place of full of diversity and life.
