the only evidence that john wasn't wearing his seat belt is that his belt was unbuckled when the firemen arrived on scene. that's it…and nick's word that john wasn't buckled in. but nick told the police 2 hours later @ the hospital that he 'didn't know' john wasn't buckled in. when nick's lawyers talk to nick AFTER the detectives talked to him, suddenly nick is positive john wasn't wearing his seat belt? PLEASE!! he would've died if he wasn't buckled in. he would've been ejected from that car if he didn't have his seat belt on. he def. would've gone thru the windshield since nick also crashed on the PASSENGER'S rear side! this seat belt crap was started by the hogans and their lawyers who gave a press conference a week later.

I live in orlando, and a few months ago I was with some friends on a boat at a boating gas station in clearwater. Guess who we saw. Nick was by himself like a total d-bag. Way to be an asshole. Enjoy your jailtime.

He should be doing life!!! Not probation!! If it was anybody else they would have gotten a much worse sentence. I guess it really does depend on who you know. And you'd think that Hulk Hogan would be a better man and stop trying to get his son out of trouble, he's nothing but a spoiled little prick.

Ok Guys Before we start trashing Nick's unfortunte Victim let's put something in to perspective. Maybe graziano did get nick the alcohol but Nick could have gotten it anywhere without graziano's help. Lets remember something Daddy was a big time wrestler and Nick could use that to advantage and more often then not probably has. Nick is a heartless child with no concern in the world for anyone but himself. He whines about his "Friend's" life now, 3 weeks ago he was whining about not being able to play the latest video game. Yeah sure here's a guy who really cares about the life he destroyed with his selfish illegial drunken street racing. He'll do anything to stay in the public eye that's all this is, is another attention ploy by a selfish celebrity offspring. I'm sure that any bartender in the country would give Nick booze if he mentioned the words My father is former WWF/E World Wrestling Champion Hulk Hogan. If not a bartender, any store keeper in the country. Point is he didn't need Graziano to get the booze he could get it himself. Nick hogan is a whiny immature selfish brat like 99.9% of Hollywood offspring. I agree with Perez whole heartedly on this one. Nick needs to shut the F*** up, grow up and learn remorse, empathy, sympathy, and apathy. Four things I doubt this little snot bag will ever learn.

first of all this is what i think about this i dont think nick hogan is guilty of anything yeah he was drinking and driving BUT in Florida state laws a 17 year old can only drive with a 21 year old next to them and for the the 21 year old is responsible. i feel bad for john but he should of been more responsible and not have let nick hogan drink and i dont think nick deserves to go to jail john should have been more responsible as an ADULT!

john WAS buckled in!! just because nick's lawyers hold a press conference a week later and start pumping that shit to the airwaves doesn't mean it's the truth. cuz if he wasn't wearing a seat belt, why didn't he get ejected from the car? why didn't he go thru the windshield?? how could the car speed so fast *remember the hp on it was about 300*, on wet roads, spin around, and flip upside down more than once, and john was sitting upright in his seat? also he was found not only sitting upright in his seat when the help came, but in the same sitting position as nick. know what that means? john's body didn't not leave his seat!! how could he do that?? and you're telling me an unbuckled passenger would've survived?? did you all see the roof? it was CRUSHED!! how could john remain in his seat the whole time if he wasn't buckled in? someone could've EASILY un-buckled john before help came…

Heartbreaking? Seriously? Just because nick hogan was the famous one he takes all the heat? What happened to Graziano's personal responsibility to not get in a car with someone whose been drinking? And you know how people that age are! I garauntee that graziano was cheering nick on the whole way. Screw the graziano family because they loved to be hangers on with the famous people until something unfortunate happened where they could take they're shot at them and become famous. Screw hangers on, screw people looking for handouts, and screw people who think lawsuits and money fix all your problems!
