One of Anna's half sister's on her dad's side has a kid who looks exactly like DL. Larry (before his plastic surgey) looked a lot like Howard K. Stern, ironically. So, baby DL looks like her mom, and Larry (real Larry) and any kid that he has in the future that resembles him (the real him) will look like Howard K. Stern. It's like a weird Twilight Zone episode.
