Dubai's money isnt really oil money, Abu Dhabi has oil money….get the geography right…

never mind…obv no point getting thorugh to people on this page…as far as i know no gays have been killed in dubai….by the way i was born here so i know this….the indians and pakistanis who come here earn 10 times as much as they do in their home countries…so obviously dubai is good for them….and its not the country that employs employs people here…its the different construction companies…i think everyone is just confused and assume that dubai is full of terrorists since its an arab country…..if they are terrosrist then im pretty sure they would have blown up all the expats living here by now….until people come here i dont think they will understand…dont be racist people…please…its mean because the locals here are so different to the locals in other countries….so what if theyre rich…theyve invested billions and billions of dollars in the US….so its not in their best intersts to do terrorist actiovities there!! it hurts them as well…and just for information our currency is pegged to the dollar…so were getting screwed along with you guys:)

For all of the Dubai haters….dont knock it until you visit! It is such an awesome place, it totally changes ones opinion of the Middle East. Its the best place ever! I for one, would love to live there, especially since Obama may become our next president. OMG, we r all going to hell of he becomes president!

Good grief…this whole Brad Pitt, the 'Architect' thing makes me want to puke. He couldn't pass the first basic Calc class required for a degree in Architecture if his life depended on it.

Having 'ideas' and loving to 'look' at architecture does not make one a trained and qualified Architect. Most who legitimately can call themselves Architect completed a 5 to 6 year undergraduate degree in what is essentially an engineering program and MANY have Masters degrees. That is 8 to 9 years of intensive education and training.

What a d*mn dilettante.
