EVERYONE is seriously blowing this stupid interview way out of proportion. Josh has said he is not going to do drugs because it would hurt his voice and he is not going to do anything stupid because he is watched all the time. He never said he smoked pot, that is YOUR deduction. Stop trying to find a scandal involving Josh! Can't he just be a good guy?

Pathetic… honestly, I don't give a damn if he smokes or not… because he contributes more to the music industry than many others at his age, many who will take drastic measures to be noticed. You like his music or not, it doesn't change that he sang at the Olympics closing ceremony, in the Vatican, at the Nobel Prize event, at the Grammy's, all within 6 years of starting his singing career. You don't have to like his music to appreciate the fact that he helps children in South-Africa through his foundation to which his fans contribute a great deal. You don't have to like his music to stand in awe at the accounts of how his voice, his music CHANGED people. Some may call all this bullshit… I'll say that no matter what he does, or doesn't do, the GOOD he has done in, and to the world so far is pretty amazing, and hard to follow.
So hold your horses and don't relish the news of a drug-addict Josh Groban yet… because first of all, trying pot in Amsterdam is not only legal, but almost expected; and second, everyone is free to evaluate themselves- is anyone perfect?
As far as I'm concerned, he could start using heroin if he wanted to… and I would not love him less. It's the difference he made, and keeps making in the world that matters.

I love Josh. He is so talented and just a great person overall. He did a concert in my town where a friend of mine got backstage. He used a childrens choir that she worked with for one of his songs. She said she talked to him for about a half hour about life and music. He is such a nice guy. I am glad that he is so open about his life. Some people would just try and hide it to keep up the look, but he is honest and I think more people will respect that.
