its not a lucky break, they always do that for the first offense. and they always charge you with like 6 things then drop half of them. its the way the system works. or doesn't work, how ever you see it.

Perez-love your stuff man but, why are you so harsh when people need drug/alcohol treatment? an awful lot of people who go through treatment do make it. also alot of people are assholes/douches/crazy before recovery. i would never wish this disease on anyone. show some respect for people trying to change their lives. thanks

Listen Piggez, if these drugs were for personal use and not for trafficking, then he is not a hardened criminal but an addict and the court SHOULD help him by making him get treatment instead of locking him up. Enough with this law and order bullshit, you're sounding like a conservative whackjob.

It wasn't a Los Angeles judge! It was in Indio, the city where Coachella Fest is held. I was in the courthouse, serving jury duty in the room next to his! I said hi to him. He was crying before he walked in his courtroom!

DOURDAN! I was so pissed that he got killed off in the show! He;s an awesome actor who unfortunatly got into some bad shit… but whats the difference between him doing drugs and getting caught and Lohan, Winehouse, and countless others whose careers have benifitted since their mistakes? To have killed him off of the show is bullshit… now that he's gone who's going to be the "Sexy Blue-Eyes" of the show? Definatly NOT Grisham lol… BRING DOURDAN BACK!
