they are both different. and it is stupid to pin them against eachother. what i wanna know is why people keep saying "were black and poor/middle class" and therefore we can't relate to ellen. why is it then that "everyone" can relate to oprah?? what about poor white people i guess they can't relate to oprah either then?
i mean it is ridiculous i am getting so tired of this reverse racism on white people, i mean if i (a white woman) said something like "oh i can't relate to oprah cause she's black." people would jump ALL OVER ME> so why is it okay to say that about ELLEN?
i think we should stop focusing on who's black/white or gay/ straight and come up with REAL REASONS why one is better than the other.

i watch her show every day, and she hardly brings up about her "gay life" the closest she comes to it every once in a while is gay rights. Wouldn't oprah defend against racism?

She's the Bitish Empire in it's golden age, she's a Roman.. she has already conquered the mountain. Ellen is like a little fawn suckling at the breast of Oprahs massive Empire. I would like to comment to kat on ellen, and i do like ellen cuz she is funny and she is a rich white lesbian, in which i can't relate and she can't relate to poor or middle class african americans so i would certainly prefer oprah anyday cuz she relates to everybody and you can take that to the bank!!!!!!!!!
