Thanks for reporting on this story. With all the stupid things we read about and report on, it kind of just puts life in perspective for me. I have never seen such idiotic, grade school comments in my life as on this post. We would all be better off to ignore the ignorance and hate. Some people have nothing better to do than sit and hide behind a computer and spew their filth on the internet. People will be pleased to know that GOD is a kind and forgiving GOD. So on judgement day, when he sends his wrath upon earth and you are yelling his name, maybe he'll forgive you. This country was founded upon religion you morons. This is such a heartbreaking story. This family gives so much to the world and they are such an amazing inspiration to me and so many others.

Some of the comments here by ignorant people make me feel nauseated. Such angry people — they need the God that Steven Curtis Chapman has that's for sure!
