Re: Lindsey – Kenny is great! His shows are terrific. I have been to several is he really does make you feel like your in the moment no matter how close or far you are sitting. His concerts are the BEST concerts I have ever been to and I have been to several. My son's love his music as well. He is a great singer and has some wonderful music that myself, husband, boys and heck even my 3 year old daughter says that "Young" is her "happy" song! so if people would just sit back and listen to his music and the senserity in his voice and heart, they would fall in love with him and his music (Gay or not ~ that is his personal business). The music and the effect of his music is what counts, nothing else!!

If you have ever seen Kenny Chesney in concert, you would know that this award shouldn't even be up for anyone else! It should be named after him. That guy is AMAZING!!!

For all you haters, have you ever been to a Kenny Chesney concert? Have you been to the hours of tailgating before the concert? HE IS THE REAL DEAL!! He puts on the most amazing concerts every year. AND HE DOES COME OUT AND MEETS / PARTIES with his fans before his concerts - he is most worthy of the ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR award.

I completely understand and I am 100% behind what Kenny is saying. He LOVES his fans, that is very obvious and he would never want to take anything away from them. But this award is more than a "popularity vote" - and having it be internet voted by the fans does take away from the true meaning of it.

And, as for his sexual orientation - does it really matter? He says he is straight, he was even married to a woman, he has dated famous, beautiful women - so why the constant "gay" remarks?? Just because he hasn't found the right woman and settled down, he is gay? And PEREZ, you make it sound like being gay is wrong?? What a hypocrite you are Perez!! If he is gay, so what, if he is straight, so what? I will continue to pay to him in concerts either way!!

Finally, Kenny Chesney has deserved the back to back to back to back ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR award!!

This letter shows how dedicated to his fans Kenny is. Anyone who has anything negative to say about him has never been to one of his shows. And….there is no comparing Kenny and Tim….Kenny's show blows his out of the water…no question about it.
