The Love Guru has already been previewed by numerous people and everyone is saying they can't stop laughing from beginning to end and that this film is better than Austin Powers!

India should not ban the film, as it is releasing pretty much worldwide and they shouldn't miss out! Plus, there are many Indians in the actual movie and why wouldn't fellow Indians want to support that?

Also, I agree with the poster above that Canada's #1 new Hit is LITTLE MOSQUE ON THE PRAIRIE, and it is a comedy that has certainly helped break down barriers…plus, the HINDU Deepak Chopra supports this film (and I believe also makes a cameo in it!).

So I dont know where this came from, but if India is smart they will support the film.

Re: SARAH STUPID – im not indian and ive never even been there so i wouldnt really know the conditions there, but if that is really true, are you telling me that like an ingnorant cunt ur going to make FUN of a country's poverty and issues? we are trying to help other countries like in africa get rid of their poverty, not sit back on our fat asses and laugh at them. but i think u just proved us wrong.
besides, i heard that other parts of india are growing economically. like the cities of mumbai and new delhi.

oh, and the whole reason they're a poor country (if you've ever read a history textbook), is cause the british took all the riches back when they were ONE OF THE RICHEST KINGDOMS IN THE WORLD

seriously people need to get over themselves…there are nast things about americans…trust me i've hac the pleasure of living in arkansas and missouri for a year…people are missing teeth and smell like shit…and trust me they are not indian! Anyway if the movie makes fun of the hindu religion, that's not cool. I don't think a movie making fun the catholics, or jews, or even the mormons of the u.s. would go over very well. Before you talk about India, think of all the disgusting things that happen in our "civilized' country, or do people not watch the news?!
