But he is not without fault. He didn't have his seatbelt on which nick did and thats what saved him. And if anybody remembers how stupid they were in high school as i do, you know that the guy was prob an active participant in the joyride/race/whatever it was. I'm pretty sure he wasn't sitting there crying asking nick to stop. Yes, we will never know that now, and yes nick should have to pay for what he did and the decision he made that night just as the the other kid is paying by getting in the car with his speed demon friend drunk!!!
