So what that she doesn't have a pre-nup - a) what's at stake is what is earned during the marriage (anything she had before marrying him should be deemed separate property) and b) it's not too late to draft an agreement. The infamous "ironclad" pre-nup that Donald Trump had with his first wife Ivana was drafted well after they had been married.
