Actress Nicole Kidman is set to play legendary singer Dusty Springfield in a film of her life. Kidman will also produce the film through film company Fox's Blossom Films company.

However, Universal films is developing its own Dusty Springfield film, with 'The West Wing' actress Kristin Chenoweth set to star.

Madonna was also rumoured to be interested in starring in with a TV film about the singer, reports Variety.

You gotta ask yourself , what kind of woman marries Tom Cruise, , and gets heavily involved with that kooky cult( Scientology), At least Angelina has natural beauty (Nicole is bleached, botoxed )And Angelina is compassionate and as far as I know tithes (gives away) , I heard 30% of everything she earns!). I'm so glad that people want Kristin Chenoweth to play Dusty!
It would have a MUCH better out come with money.
Lately all of Nicole's movies have bombed and that is soooo not good with a movie like this.
Kristin would make the movie alot better.
