Mauritzio Viel - and he used a 'safe' product on Pete's lips which caused them to burst and for Pete to have to have 18 months of reconstructive surgery the first time round, during which time he nearly died several times due to the poison infiltrating his entire body. He had to have his mouth stitched up and drink through a tiny hole with a straw. Even if you (think - ie don't know him) you don't like the guy, it's no laughing matter. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy let alone someone I care about.

Pete's lips were OK for almost a year then they burst again - he had to have another 3 months of reconstructive surgery - delicate, risky operations to re-attach the skin to the top lip whilst the bottom one was still leaking cupfuls of fluid/pus. Give him a break, eh?

Pete's had years of people thinking he's a cross-dresser (you wouldn't say Madonna was wearing 'men's clothes' if she wore a trouser suit)/transvestite or a pre-op transsexual , so to the people who say rubbish like his body doesn't go with his 'feminine' features, perhaps now having his seen his all-male body will make you realise that just cos the guy wears make-up and has done since he was 13, he DOES NOT want to be a woman.

No-one ever accused glam bands like Poison of wanting to be female - and THEIR make-up and hair was far more 'feminine' than Pete's!
