Hmmm. The mix of an untalented artist, purposeful murder, and infamy? I guess it's not the first time. I seem to recall a dictator born in Austria who fit the bill. He also seemed convinced as to the rightness of his aims.

All this discourse and comments posted here show in a very sad way that in US abortion is still a topic which cannot discussed in a civilized way. In that context Ms. Aliza Shvarts made art and brought up many hidden problems of the US society and artworld.

US general public and Yaly University seem all live in dark middle ages when it comes to definition of art, artistic liberty and freedom of speech and individual right to your own body.

(that doesnt mean, that everybody has to like, or even understand that type of art)

The name Shvartz explains to me how someone like her is able to attend a university like Yale. If I was the investing parent behind her, I'd feel like throwing out my money directly into the garbage can.
This whole deal about being liberal, and doing a hoax for getting spotlight shows how sick our world can be. Shame on Yale. It's supposed to have a good reputation.
Too bad, it wasn't her mom who chose abortion….
