The Lohans edge out the Hiltons as the worst parents in the history of planet earth. I say this because Momma Lohan is hands down the worst parent ever, past or present, as brilliantly portrayed by Tracy Ullman. It turns out that Poppa Lohan is almost as bad a parent, which makes the combination of the two the worst parents in the history of planet earth.
