The guy went through a divorce and breakup and the loss of his father, but that is still no excuse to drive drunk. There is never an excuse to drive drunk with all the other options out there today. he is lucky he did not harm his daughter. He needs to grown up stop feeling sorry for himself, get sober, go to rehad and take care of his family before it is to late for him.
