Totally unprofessional. I worked on the set of Ice Princess for 9 days - she was constantly holding up the works and doing a piss poor job - take after take after take... Finally, on the last day (Canada Day in Toronto) she held the shoot for 9 HOURS...why? According to an assistant director: she didn't get what she wanted for lunch - and threw it at the AD who brought it to her - then locked herself in the trailer and refused to come out. Bitch.
