If you read the actual article…. it clearly states that the rock was thrown THROUGH the windshield. This takes mustering up a lot of energy and power behind that rock throwing.

At the age of 12, he throws a rock. What happens at the age of 15-16-17+, when he doesn't like a person, place or thing? This is a sign of a kid in trouble and the only person(s) who will truly get hurt in the end are his future victims.
Bravo to the cops for hauling his ass in…..

And why was he OUT in a parking lot at 7:40PM all alone? Some one needs to check in on the parents. Better yet, let's hope that the boy gets enrolled in a good counseling program.
