On any given Friday or Saturday night young people are out in cars, partying and this could happen. I bet alot of people who are writing these "sue them for all they are worth" "Sue the spoiled brat", etc. comments are not much older than Nick and do or have done the same dangerous type things, maybe just not in a car that expensive. Some whos children do the same thing might feel a bit different if it was their child drivng. Yes Nick was driving, racing, etc. and it is tragic this guy lost his life but you can bet it was not the first time him and his buddy have done this. He has to take on some of the responsibility, hence his family does. Hell, me and my friends used to do the same things. I hope for the other family the decision to leave their son on life support, or to sue for more than medical bills, is not just for monetary reasons. I bet Hulk has already offered to pay for the medical bills or would do so, but why should he be sued for millions to keep this kid on life support. Most people wouldn't. I'm sure these people haven't.
