I'm not sure why this jerk feels he can "volunteer" to stay away from Britney! If there's a restraining order in place he doesn't have a choice! What stones!! He better remember they have much more on him than he could dream of having on Britney! Attempted murder is huge (he admitted to drugging Britney)!!!

He volunteered BECAUSE it could have become permanent. If he delays the hearing for a permanent order for 30 days, he has 30 days to let the feathers settle and play the nice guy. Then, when the hearing does come up, he can say "see? I've been good! I haven't bothered her! don't let this affect my permanent record, just make it all go away and I swear I'll stay away." Liar.
