Wow, I guess they are both scientologists. Maybe taking care of yourself is good for some people with mild depression, but certainly not everyone.

oh shit…..he has for sure been brainwashed by tom cruise. scientology is a cult folks. sure, supplements may help some people but i think it is scary to convince people that all or most cases can be treated without prescribed medication. it is very irresponsible.

Oh, I just hate it when celebrities make irresponsible comments like this. It's another reason for someone to just stop taking their meds and become very, very ill and possibly suicidal.
