C'mon guys, she's wearing those heels from the car to the place where she was seating and getting up only to go to the bathroom, because I'm sure she's peeing a lot, with that huge very low belly. She's walking in flats at home, the dress is the one that has to go. Didn't she have a mirror at home, sometimes she has some clothes that are good for a teenager and she's not qualifying for the Teen magazine anymore. She is looking her age, 30 something, not teen years. And about that ass, she's going to have to exercise a lot, those big asses, do suffer when women get pregnant, she'll find out and soon as she gets that cesarea, because I doubt she'll give birth to those babies, she knows it's going to hurt her body. I still wish her a happy and safe delivery, cesarea I should say.

I don't really care for JLo, but she does look pretty and happy!!!!!! That belly is pretty low and ready for babies action, but I'm sorry, that dress is ugly. There's better dresses out there for women with a baby in oven. Ever since she's been with Marc, her clothes taste has decreased some. She wore better outfits when she was with………………………………….. Re: not pregnant at all – Are you retarded?, didn't you see the wardrobe malfunction that exposed her belly, she was obviously preggers. She still shot the vid for hold it don't drop it when she was already three months gone, so this is hardly amazing… At least she could step out, looking natural and pregnant.

She needs to take off those stillettos. I'm tired of seeing all of the pregnant women wearing high heels. They are not safe or healthy for pregnant women, but it seems sexiness has to come before the pregnancy. It is so sad to see this.
