even with implants you can breastfeed as long as you havent disturbed the breast tissue. being that under the muscle implants are better and more expensive i would assume xtina had those and since they are not near the actual milk ducts there is little chance of silicone/saline "leaking into the milk" . some of these people, here, especially the women are fucking ignorant about breastfeeding. god put breasts on you for two reasons: to attract mates and to FEED YOUR KIDS! so leave her and her fake breasts alone. all you haters are hating because you aint GOT IT!
