Drug addicts are basically trying to kill themselves so its the same thing. And they'll never get help themselves because they usually believe they don't have a problem or think that its just too hard to get clean and don't want to deal with that. Its very sad. Mitch said that when she says she is ready for help, they have a planned strategy which they will put into action.
