It's terrible to see someone so young waste their life. She's obviously got some demons that she's battling and maybe spending a year in rehab is what she needs to overcome them. I don't know much about her but I think everyone deserves a chance to live their life. People make mistakes and hopefully she can turn things around. One can only hope that people learn from her mistake and realize that drinking and drugs aren't the solution to solving your problems. I truly hope she can get the help she needs. As for her blaming all her troubles on her mom, she isn't doing that. She is saying what background factors played a part in her character development and life and her OWN poor decisions. And Jessica's mother was around - and still getting in and out of trouble - during Jessica's teen years when she started drinking. I'm glad that not all children of addicts become addicts, but a very large number of them do.
