Forget Nick…he'll get free room and board plus meals in the jail. If she gets anything from Hulk…The court should send someone with her to supervise clothing purchases. Linda must have looked in the mirror and decided that the outfit she has on looked good. Right there proves she is a mental defective. It would be sad if Hulk loses his money…he worked hard for it, while she layed around collecting animals and buying cheap clothes.

It is all a sneaky method of avoiding a huge financial loss, during the civil suit. I really don’t think Hulk Hogan is the kind of guy who would kick is wife of 25+ years out on her duff. I partly agree with him. She is grown, and capable of earning her own money. But, I doubt it will be anywhere close to what she shared with him, and their standard of living.
She should be required to seek work, not just sit on her ass and spend money she didn't earn. Well, wait, she did earn it, by raising two kids, and putting up with a lot of crap. Still, she needs to show that she is also contributing to her son's needs.
ALTHOUGH—–there is probably a LOT about her we do not know. Men are not always the bad guy, and I'm a women saying this. Women can be down right diva bitches when it comes to throwing dirt on others.
Depending on the law in Florida, or whereever she filed, she may very well get 1/2 of all their assests, PLUS alimoney, PLUS child support. However, if Nick doesn't stay in school, she will lose that at a certain age, usually at 18.
I'm not judging either one, obviosuly she is not happy, and if she isn't happy, he more than likely isn't either.
People have the right to be happy, so I hope they both get what they want.
Though, if she gets 1/2 the assest, alimony and child suport, she's getting one heck of a deal and will come out better than him.
The law kind of sucks that way.
