I can tell you that if they were traveling more than 40 miles per hour - they were putting people in danger. This road is filled with people - it is very highly traveled. He should not have been driving - as he had been drinking alcohol (at the age of 17) - he brags about the number of times he has been pulled over for driving at a high rate of speed - he friend is basically a vegetable - with hopes of MAYBE being able to blink on his own...Nick needs to learn his lesson...it is ridiculous that Hulk Hogan can step in and payoff all the Clearwater police for everything they do - take responsibility. If he was ADULT enough to drink - if he was ADULT enough to drive - he should be tried as an ADULT and be put away for his actions.
