How ignorant are some of you people. Nick is the biggest fucking idiot. Driving on a suspended license then decides to race. It doesnt matter how dumb the other guy was for not putting on his seatbelt. WHEN YOU ACCEPT A PASSENGER, YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE IF THEY DON'T WEAR THEIR SEATBELT. THAT IS THE LAW. Do any of you know that not even a year ago he got into an accident and had a blood alcohol content. If it were anyone other than a celebrity they would have gone to jail the first time. This kid needs to go to jail for a long time and be made someones bitch in there for being so stupid and irresponsible

I don't know about what you are saying in regards to the Hulk's influence in Clearwater, but I know that even I've had problems getting in touch with emergency operators. Sometimes they are fast like they are supposed to be, but there are times when they're not. Perhaps it was a busy night. Who knows? It is scary to think though that if one was in a life threatening situation they might not be able to get in contact with an emergency operator right away.

As I said, he is an adult and could've made that choice, but ultimately Nick was driving and it is his responsibility to make sure all of his passengers are strapped in…especially if he was planning on racing.
