So when someone pulls the plug on material that people didn't legally have access to begin with there's a backlash against the artist. Why would you boycott Metallica for removing their songs from Napster? Why should anyone feel entitled to their music for free when it's copyrighted and, as such, protected by law? When it was shut down, I was bummed out, but I wasn't angry because, in all fairness, I knew that songs weren't meant to be shared for free.
